PRIVACY POLICY

GolfTournament.com will not sell or provide any customer information that has been provided to us to by the customer to any third party without the customer's authorization. Your email address will only be used to correspond with you regarding activity with GolfTournament.com and your password is your confidential password to view your account.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is usually made by credit card.  Your credit card will be checked for credit authorization at time of order but your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.  Credit information must be submitted and approved for orders placed with a purchase order.  A copy of the purchase order must be provided to GolfTournament.com  - fax copy acceptable.  You will be notified if the Purchase Order is accepted by GolfTournament.com.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our customers' credit card information is handled in a very secure environment. Our server uses SSL (Secured Socket Layer) advanced encryption technology. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the credit card information sent to us via the secure server.

BACKORDER & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You will be notified by email if any ordered item is temporarily out of stock. You will be provided with an expected date that the product will be available for shipment. You can elect to cancel the back ordered item prior to the item shipping. Once an item is shipped, returns are covered by our Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any non-customized item in your order, you may return that item within thirty days of your purchase for a 100% refund of the cost of that item. GolfTournament.com will replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price in full. Items customized with embroidery, imprinting or engraving are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges vary depending upon the size/weight of items ordered and the ship to address. GolfTournament.com will select the best method of shipping for each order unless the customer specifies otherwise.  The shipping charge will be added to the order when invoiced or submitted for credit card payment.  Expedited shipping is extra.

Please advise us via the contact information listed above if you encounter any technical problems. GolfTournament.com utilizes state of the art hardware and software for our servers. Unfortunately, errors outside of our control occasionally occur. We apologize for any inconvenience if you encounter a technical problem and very much appreciate being notified of any problems that you may encounter while visiting the GolfTournament.com web site.
